This processing is used to provide the website securely and reliably.

6. EXECAIDE pilot projects and AI workflows

Within pilot projects, business information, project context, preferences and communication content may be processed to set up personal AI briefings and workflows. Scope, storage location, access rights and retention periods are agreed before a pilot project starts.

EXECAIDE is designed around separated instances, minimal storage and human approval for business-critical actions. Sensitive credentials are not requested through chat.

Personal data is stored only as long as required for the respective purpose or as required by legal retention obligations.
